Designed by Vincent Chrisp Architects, and working for the Victorian School Building Authority, Crow Constructions were award the contract to construct the new Goulburn Murray Trade Skills Centre.

The project comprised 1500SQM of classroom spaces, administration and student/staff amenities along with a state-of-the-art 1200SQM flexible skills workshop and an external covered training area.

The structure was largely concrete and steel framed including a conventionally formed

suspended concrete floor and complex structural steelwork. The internal fit out was designed and built to a very high architectural standard.

The duration of the build was approximately 12 months and completed in 2018.
