Crow Constructions were appointed head contractor to Design and Construct the New United Service Station at Kialla following the successful tender for the fixed lump sum contract. 

The new $5m development was constructed on a previous United Fuel site which presented

many challenges including services reticulation, contaminated soil validation and the removal

of old fuel infrastructure from the site to prepare for the new service station.

The new works include a 225sqm Pie Face convenience store including a drive through service

lane and full internal retail fit out. The External works formed a major part of the project including large Fuel Canopy, New Fuel Systems / Infrastructure, Services and Civil Infrastructure, VicRoads Approved External Deceleration Lane, 7000sqm Driveway Pavements and Detailed Landscaping. 

The project was completed within the contract term with very minimal issues along the way.
